Nutritional Guidance

You need to get noticeable results fast… otherwise you won’t stick with it…

You have to like the foods you’re eating and exercises you’re doing… if not, you’ll cheat or stop…

You have to have motivation to do it. Then this challenge is EXACTLY what you need.

When creating eating plan, it is important to know that there is no magical formula for everybody. That being said, what you can do is to set yourself up for the best outcome possible. We will help you with your eating plan and will introduce our version of the plan which can be easily followed by you. Nutrition, this is the most important aspect of any weight-loss venture.

During the Fat Busta Challenge you will be educated throughout about how food processes in the body. There will be a Nutritional Talk given by Michael Mcloughlin, Springbok athlete to guide you in the direction to move forward. Here is also your opportunity to ask all your questions. We will also guide you in the right direction when it comes to supplementation.

Some advice from the Trainers ...

Set realistic expectations

This one is important. You should make sure that you have realistic goals because you will not be able to lose 20 kg in the next three days. If you really want to look good, then you have to be aware that it will take some time.

Create good habits

When changing your lifestyle eating habits, you have to start by creating good habits. You have to make this a lifestyle.  Eating this way should become a habit. Exercising should become a habit. When you stop thinking that, " if you just need to loose 10 more kilograms then you can go back to the way things used to be," then, you will be in the right direction to achieving your goals.

Tailor the diet to your needs

The good thing about the Fat Busta Challenge eating plan is, it's tailored for each individual. Not everyone is the same, therefore we cannot all eat the same, whether it's the quantity or the type of food. There are so many amazing options of snacks and meals, that you won't even know if you "dieting".

How to Get Results

With Fat Busta, there are always good results. No diet or miracle food will melt away your fat in a week. Weight loss is a gradual process, and you should aim to lose about 1 kilogram a week. No matter the diet, you'll get results if you balance your nutrition, use portion control, eliminate high-calorie beverages and eat more non-starchy vegetables. Switch to unsweetened green tea for most of your beverages, and use herbs and spices to flavor your foods instead of fats and salt. Limiting your calorie intake will also greatly benefit your weight-loss efforts. We will teach you which foods are good for you and which foods are bad for you.

Don’t forget to exercise

This is important. No diet works fully without proper exercise . Exercising has to be a crucial part of your schedule. Fat Busta makes training fun and different. Workouts are always challenging and you never know what to expect. When it comes to the "dieting" part,  you can be strict as you want, but without proper weight training, you will never have that shape you want. I know, exercise isn't for everybody, but if you want to make a physical change to yourself, you have to commit in all areas, this includes exercising, joining a gym , better yet join this program.

TIPS

Legumes and Nuts

Legumes and nuts are not just rich sources of proteins; they also provide fiber, minerals, and vitamins to your body. You can prepare soup, noodle dishes, salad etc. by using legumes and nuts as ingredients.

As the old saying goes: “abs are made in the kitchen”, not on the 200th rep of some weird ab exercise you saw on Youtube.

Vegetables

Dark leafy vegetables, spinach, cabbage, bean sprouts, come under healthy vegetables. Being packed with nutrients, they adequately nourish your body.
