Our facility has just about every feature you could wish for in a gym membership. Our club offers a wide range of group exercise classes, personal training as well as many other health benefits and features. Whether you plan to lose weight, tone-up, or train for a big event, our club offers a wide variety of gym memberships which you can buy anytime. We also have VITALITY MACHINE which allows you to log your points after each workout :) We look forward to meeting you.

What if I’m totally new to all this fitness stuff?

It can be daunting when you’re new and having suitable support is the key to really enjoying fitness and seeing results. Our Staff & personal trainers will support you all the way, even as a beginner. Group orientated classes are a good way to ensure good form, support you on your journey. 

Your plan will be created around your experience, if you are brand new to all this, we’ll start with the basics and build up from there.
